Cooling pool with jet stream: The pool is beautifully landscaped next to the house, allowing you to step directly onto the pool deck from the back terrace. The pool deck is made of travertine, a high-quality natural stone that absorbs heat and has a beautiful natural look. Getting or staying in shape during your stay? No problem. The state-of-the-art jet stream allows you to swim to your heart's content.

Kitchen

The modern open-plan kitchen is practical and fully equipped. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to enjoy cooking. The choice is yours: take your time, or not?

There is a large cooker with an electric oven and an American fridge. There is plenty of storage space and facilities to conjure up delicious meals.

Baby facilities

Villanova is also perfect for staying with a baby. Facilities available in the villa include:

Storage room and laundry room

In the indoor storage and laundry room, in addition to the washing machine, various drying facilities and ironing board. There is also a large sink in which you can rinse your snorkelling and/or diving equipment. Here you will also find cleaning tools such as hoover, broom, buckets, etc. In the storage room you will also find beach bags, a small and a large cooler that you are free to use during your stay.

Bathroom 2

Villanova has two almost identical bathrooms. The first is located en-suite to the master bedroom. The second bathroom is centrally located between the living room and the other two bedrooms. On the bathrooms is ample storage space for your toiletries.

Villanova features two nearly identical bathrooms. The first is located en-suite to the master bedroom. The second bathroom is centrally located between the living room and the other two bedrooms. On the bathrooms is enough storage space for your toiletries.

Bedroom 3 - Hofi Iguana

On the right rear of the villa is a third bedroom. The bedroom's shuttered window overlooks the side garden. The bedroom is equipped with two single persons box springs. The bedroom has both air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The bedrooms on the right side of the home share a well-appointed bathroom.

Bedroom 2 - Blue Room

On the right front of the villa is a second bedroom. The shutter windows on two sides of the bedroom offer a view of the front garden. Due to the fantastic location of the bedroom there is always a nice breeze blowing through the room. The bedroom has a Kingsize Boxspring. The bedroom has both airconditioning and a ceiling fan. The bedrooms on the right side of the house share a well-equipped bathroom.

Bedroom 1 - Sunset Room

The attractively furnished master bedroom is located on the left front of the villa. Shutter windows on two sides of the bedroom offer views of the front garden, lounge area and pool. A well-equipped en-suite bathroom provides the master bedroom with added comfort and privacy. The bedroom features a king-size bed. The bedroom has both air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Living Room

The living room is the central point in the house. It is connected to the front and rear terrace, the bedrooms and the kitchen. Because the living room is in direct connection with the rear terrace, indoor and outdoor living blend together perfectly. Both the living room and the terrace have beautiful high ceilings, providing cooling and a wonderful spacious feeling. All windows and doors in Villanova have shutters en screens.
