For each reservation, 50% of the rent to be deposited using the payment link you will be sent. The deposit must be paid immediately upon approval. A reservation is valid from the moment the landlord has received the required deposit. If the reservation is made less than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the full rental price must be paid immediately.

Explanation of prices

Price includes the use of towels, bed linen, beach towels, WiFi internet, use of washing machine, and charcoal barbecue.

The prices are for 2 persons per night. For each additional person, you pay €15.00 per night.

The price excludes the use of water, electricity, and the (mandatory) cleaning costs. The actual costs for water and electricity consumption, as well as the costs for the mandatory cleaning, will be deducted from the security deposit. The "Additional costs" section provides an overview of the additional charges. The basic security deposit is €500.00 based on 4 persons for a maximum stay of 14 days. There is an additional fee for stays of 5-6 persons and/or stays longer than 14 days. Additionally, the price excludes a 7% tourist tax, which must be paid upon booking.

Upon arrival, the manager will provide an introduction. At the end of the rental period, the property will be inspected, and the meter readings will be recorded. If there is no damage to the house or inventory, the remaining amount of the security deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure.

Baby package

For your comfort and convenience, we offer various baby amenities for your stay in our vacation home. To ensure that your little one feels comfortable, we provide a portable crib including a mattress and bedding. You can place the baby crib in one of the three bedrooms or in the living room, depending on your preference. Additionally, a high chair is available, and for the care of your little one, we provide a baby bathtub and a changing mat with a cover.

Additional costs: € 50.00 per week.

Water consumption - according to consumption (deducted from deposit)

Consumption costs water € 8.00 per cubic meter. Will be deducted from the deposit after departure.

Tourist tax all ages

Extra cleaning

During your stay you have the choice to request extra cleaning(s). If you do not opt for extra cleaning, we expect you to keep the villa neat and tidy yourself. In the villa you have access to all kinds of cleaning tools.

For stays of more than 20 days an extra cleaning is required. This will be scheduled halfway through your stay.
An extra cleaning includes a change of bedding and towels.

Costs € 75.00 per turn.

Additional person (basic price applies max 2 persons)

The rental price is based on 2 adult persons. For stays of more than 2 persons (max 6 persons) there is an additional charge of € 15.00 per person per night.

Energy costs - according to consumption (deducted from the deposit)

Energy costs

Energy costs are charged according to consumption. Consumption costs € 0.50 per KWH. Consumed energy will be deducted from the paid deposit after departure.

Final cleaning

To ensure the hygiene of Villanova, we have a mandatory final cleaning.

Cost € 150.00 per stay.

Deposit

By handling a deposit, you not only give us but also yourselves the guarantee for additional mandatory costs and possible damages that may occur during your stay. After settlement of the mandatory additional costs, you will receive your remaining deposit back at the end of the term.

Costs regarding extra cleaning, consumption of water and electricity are deducted from the deposit, you pay only what you consume. Note! Water and electricity are expensive in Curacao. Be careful how you used it. See the water and electricity sections for current usage costs.

The deposit is based on 4 persons for stays of up to 2 weeks. For stays of 5 to 6 people and stays longer than 2 weeks is a surcharge of € 10.00 per person per day.

Arrival and departure

Arrival at Villanova normally takes place between 16:00 and 20:00 unless otherwise agreed upon. Check-out is no later than 11:00 am on the day of departure.
